I think Sarah's not the only one walking on air in this one. I bet it's a huge weight off of Wendy's chest knowing she can face this head on and do right by her daughter. ^^

Christine, you've outdone yourself!

The panels are as bright and cheery as Sarah's mood, and on that subject, what a spectacular pose of her in the last panel. (I laughed out loud). Not only that, Wendy's rendered beautifully also. I only wish I could portray emotion in my own drawings the way you do.

As to the person she's talking to, Clark is the most likely, but she could also be talking to Sarah's teacher, I suppose.
