I can sympathize with Sarah--I'm most definitely the "toe in the water" type. I have to be--"cannonballs" are a bit hard to do from a wheelchair. Besides, I'd sink like a stone.

I grew up in Arizona. I always dove right in, then lived in the pool for about 12 hours a day during the summer, getting out only to eat and use the bathroom.

As a child, I used to do all of these. I especially loved spin-jumping, it made me feel graceful.

Nowadays, I don't get fancy - I just jump, then flail while holding my nose, LOL.
